Party in the Park

organised by the Borough Council

The Borough Council will be hosting its annual free live music event at Croyland Park on Sunday from 12noon

Sunday's Party in the Park is independently run from the Carnival and is organised solely by the Borough Council. The Carnival and the Council share Croyland Park over the weekend to ensure that the residents of Wellingborough have a two day free event to enjoy.

For more information on Sunday's Party in the Park contact the Events Officer, Julia Wells at events@wellingborough.gov.uk or
Tel: 01933 231986. Go to the Council's website to find out what the line up will be.

In September 2000 the Borough Council held its very first Party in the Park. It started off as a very low key event at Bassett's Close Park. In 2002 to mark the Queen's Golden Jubilee Wellingborough Carnival and the Borough Council of Wellingborough merged their two events but still kept their separate identity.
